Project description
The purpose of the study : to establish predictors of the formation of Intestinal microbiota disorders and biliary dysfunction in children with overweight and obesity, to study the relationship between biliary disorders, Intestinal microbiocenosis and metabolic disorders in children.
The effect of the presence of excessive bacterial growth syndrome on the development of inflammatory, metabolic and structural hepatobiliary disorders in children with overweight and obesity will be investigated, the influence of obesity on biliary and intestinal dysfunction formation will be investigated.
